As manifestações foram enviadas ao Ministério da Fazenda em resposta à Portaria Normativa 1.330/2023, datada de 27 de outubro de 2023. As marcas que se manifestaram terão prioridade nos pedidos de autorização quando o prazo para recebimento e pagamento de outorga for estabelecido.

No final de dezembro, o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva sancionou, com vetos, a lei que regulamenta as apostas esportivas, incluindo a autorização para o funcionamento de jogos online.

A modalidade de loteria de aposta de quota fixa engloba eventos virtuais de jogos online e eventos reais de temática esportiva. Os participantes ganharão ao acertar condições específicas do jogo ou o resultado final da partida.

After the federal government opened a consultation, 134 companies, including Loterias Caixa, expressed interest in entering the fixed-odd betting market. The manifestations were sent to the Ministry of Finance in response to Normative Ordinance 1,330/2023, dated October 27, 2023. The brands that responded will have priority in authorization requests when the deadline for receipt and payment of the grant is established.

At the end of December, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva sanctioned, with vetoes, the law that regulates sports betting, including authorization for the operation of online games.
